Fee

The fee for the one day event is £995+VAT UK @ 20%. Price includes access to the event, lunch, refreshments and conference documentation.

To register for a place(s) at this year’s conference, please read the terms and conditions and then complete the online registration form on the next page.

Payment

You will be asked to complete a method of payment whilst completing the online conference registration. Delegates must ensure that payment is received before the date of the conference or payment will be required on the day. Payments made by cheque should be made payable to Informa UK Limited. Cancellations & Refunds

If you wish to cancel, please do so two weeks before this event to receive a refund less a cancellation charge of £200 + VAT. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date. We welcome substitute delegates at any time.

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and the timing of the programme or the identity of the speakers.

Substitutions

Should you be unable to attend the event a substitute is welcome at no extra charge. Notification of any substitutions must be communicated to Informa UK Ltd prior to the event.

The personal information that you provide will be held on a database and may be shared with companies in the Informa Group in the UK. Sometimes your details may be made available to external companies for marketing purposes.
